We offer options to customize the frequency of your appointments, service dates, and service preferences. You can let us know if you’d like weekly, bi-weekly or adaptive lawn mowing, the length of the grass you’d like, and what you’d like done with the grass clippings – all starting at just $38.
Fertilizer can be an add on service to your regular lawn mowing appointment, or can be set up as a stand-alone appointment. Snow Removal
Snow Removal is provided as a monthly subscription meaning that no matter how much it snows, your monthly rate will never change.
We offer three priority levels of snow removal:
- Express – your property is prioritized as one of the first ones we attend to after it snows
- Premium – your property will have the snow cleared next
- Standard – your property will have the snow cleared within 24 hours
Driveway clearing along with your the city sidewalks in front of your property, front walk-way, and steps is included in every snow removal package, and you can add on:
- corner city sidewalks
- back path
- side path
- deck or patio
- ice melt

About Us
Having worked for other landscaping companies for four years, Elvio Santos decided to start his own business in 2022 and has been helping his growing list of happy customers since that time.
The name ZumZumZum Landscaping comes from the Brazilian term meaning “fast”, which is something that Elvio aims to do for his clients. He knows that they want their yard taken care of right – and that they want the work done efficiently and effectively.

Power Raking
Does your lawn need power raking? Great question! If there’s more than half an inch (>1.5 cm) of thatch, then it’s time to power rake your lawn. Thatch is the layer of dead grass, roots and other organic matter that naturally forms on your lawn between the grass and the soil. A small amount of thatch is great for your lawn as it protects it and locks in moisture. When it gets to be too thick, the thatch can prevent air and water reaching the roots of your grass. This causes your lawn to look less lush and allows for weeds to grow more easily.
Power raking is similar to roto-tilling in that it’s done with a machine that has blades that remove thatch and debris without damaging the roots of your lawn.

Yard Clean Up
We offer options to customize the frequency of your appointments, service dates, and service preferences. You can let us know if you’d like weekly, bi-weekly or adaptive lawn mowing, the length of the grass you’d like, and what you’d like done with the grass clippings – all starting at just $8.
A Spring Cleanup appointment includes power raking and a fertilizer treatment for your lawn. We can either remove the bags of thatch for you or put them in your city green bin.
This service combination starts at $248
A fall cleanup includes cleaning up the leaves in your yard and either removing the bags or putting them in your green bin, fertilizing your lawn to prepare it for winter, and tidy up any organic debris that might have accumulated over the summer.
